OVERVIEW
The main difference between the 'old' method of reporting scores and the 'new'
method is that Instructors will now have to log in each time they report scores.
By requiring Instructors to log in to our webpage, we are able to generate a
personalized list of the lessons that the Instructor has not reported a score
for. This change will save CBI time and will eliminate a majority of mistakes when submitting scores.
STEP 1 - NEW WEB ADDRESS
When reporting your scores you will need to go to a different web page. It is:
http://www.crossroadbible.org/score.php. This is the web address you will go
to each time you want to report a score (you should bookmark that page or write
down the web address).
STEP 2 - REGISTER
The first time you visit the web page above you will need to register. The top
section of the registration page is labeled Registration Information.
Here you will create a username and password that you will use each time you
report scores. The bottom section is labeled Profile Information. This
information will help match you with the information we have on file. Once you
have entered all the requested information, click on Submit. Next you
will see a page that says we have successfully matched you with our records,
click on Complete Registration. After reading these instructions, click
on the link at the bottom of this page to complete your registration! (For your

STEP 3 - REPORT A SCORE
Now that you have registered - reporting scores is easy! First, go to: http://www.crossroadbible.org/score.php
and log in with your username and password. Once you log in, simply click directly
on the Student/Lesson for whom you would like to report a score (it should
then be highlighted blue) and click on Enter Score for Student Selected Above.
Next, enter the score and any comments for the lesson you have selected and
click on Submit Score(s). You should then see that the Student/Lesson
has been updated with the score and comment you entered. (If for some reason
you do not see the score you want to report on your list, click on To enter
a score for a student NOT listed above, click here and enter all of the
student's information manually.) That's all there is to it!
Problems? In order to correctly log in, please make sure that your web browser is setup to accept cookies, which are bits of electronic information that our website can use to help identify who you are, and allow us to help associate you with your students' records. The use of cookies is standard on the Internet and many major websites use them. Although most web browsers automatically accept cookies, you can usually change your browser to prevent or notify you whenever you are sent a cookie. In addition, when you score a student's lesson, please be sure to add both a score as well as a comment, otherwise the lesson will not be recorded in our database. Finally, please be sure to logout when you have completed scoring your lessons online. This may be done by clicking on the blue "Logout" link in the upper right hand portion of your "Report A Score" session. This will help ensure that your scores will be processed correctly and in a timely manner.
